Nautical Canvas Prints was the vision of David Livaudais, who after 20 + years owning and operating a successful graphics and printing business, decided to test his more creative 'waters'. David began his career at Halter Marine Shipyard where he became acquainted with all sorts of boats, ships

, rigging and hardware. There he gained insight into which nautical and marine images appealed to true boating enthusiasts. This coupled with his upbringing on the water in South Louisiana, he decided to use his boating and printing experience to furnish a new type of art product to this diverse market. Having worked with many interior decorators, he took their art and decorating ideas and applied it to the nautical world.
