Forever Days…

I couldn’t resist opening this captivating door in Buenos Aires, and guess what I stumbled upon? The interior was undergoing a major transformation into a swanky new hotel, transitioning from its past life as an orphanage. It got me thinking about life’s twists, especially in this mid-life, empty-nest stage.

Ever pondered the saying “When one door closes, another opens”? I reckon it’s not just about doors but where we decide to focus. Let’s not avoid change; let’s embrace it with wide-open hearts. Instead of dwelling on what might have been, let’s shift our focus to what could be.

In doing so, we become tuned in to the subtle opening of a door, inviting us to step into new opportunities and adventures. So here’s to gracefully navigating mid-life, embracing the echoes of an empty nest, and finding the courage to explore those open doors beckoning us forward!
