So, here is a little heads up for any Juniors 15-16 (Nieuwelingen) headed to Belgium this year.
They have changed the standard gear restriction to 48x14.
A big reason this has changed from the old 52x16 is the difficulty in acquiring 11 speed cassettes.
The 30 mm maximum rim depth rule remains in effect.
