The things to do after Yoga at Villa Del Olas...

In no particular order:

1. Have a drink. Of course you are provided with unlimited filtered water, but don’t forge those fresh coconuts full of electrolytes, a refreshing fruit smoothie or skip right to an ice cold beer poolside.

2. Jump in the pool – Grab a quick rinse at the cliff-front shower and then climb, hop, jump, or cannonball into the crystal clear pool to cool down after all those vinyasas.

3. Swim in the ocean – You can navigate right down the cliff 43 steps to the pacific ocean for a swim, boogie or surf.

4. Hike over to the saltwater pools – Just a five minute walk from the yoga deck are 3 naturally occurring ocean-water pools, large enough to host a full size class each! If you venture over at high tide, the waves may be crashing right into the pools, making for some very refreshing excitement!

5. Relax in a hammock – Find that favorite book to read or curl up for a siesta in one of the nine suspended hammocks around the property.

December 1st-7th = Time to surf off that Thanksgiving Day turkey in the tropics!

December is when the waves are warm and mellow in El Salvador. This season usually sees 2-4 foot surf with a chance at head high surf at some breaks, all with great wind and mellow weather.

Trip includes villa accommodation, all transport, food, drinks, surfboard rentals, surf coaching, surf photography, massage and yoga! First 4 to sign up get a bonus professional surf massage.

Surf. Eat. Relax. Repeat.
