* The retreat has 4 separate private sleep

ing quarters under one roof. It is located on the street that leads to the County Park in Arroyo City, Tx. near Rio Hondo, on the waters edge. It is about 30 min from South Padre Island and 45 minutes from Shopping outlets in Mercedes. House includes it's own private fishing pier with 4 Lights for night fishing. You also will have your own outdoor picnic tables and BBQ PITS. We have Single Family Units that sleep 4-5, for $125 a night on weekdays or $150 a night on weekends. Units include a Full size bed, a bunk bed, full bath, living room with 50" flat screen and DISH Network and Kitchenette with Dinning Area.
