Congratulations to our team at Tulsa International Airport on the grand opening of Schlotzsky's featuring Cinnabon! 🎉 🥪 Schlotzsky’s is known for its made-to-order sandwiches, specialty pizzas, calzones, flatbreads and fresh salads. The store also features a Cinnabon bakery serving classic cinnamon rolls. ✈️ The Tulsa airport location is managed by Delaware North with joint-venture partner H&H Hospitality. 📍 The new restaurant is located in the main boulevard food court on the B concourse side of the terminal, just past the TSA checkpoint.

Delaware North’s support of FeedMore WNY has reached new heights – literally – with a billboard at the corner of Delaware Avenue and Chippewa Street in downtown Buffalo.
The billboard features artwork by local artist Iris Kirkwood, who was chosen by The Momentum Project, led by innovation philanthropist Alice Jacobs. The Momentum Project began in 2022 with the goal of giving unique platforms to emerging artists from Western New York.
In its first year, The Momentum Project brought the artwork of Bianca L Period McGraw to Buffalo Bills fans by featuring one of her pieces in the menus at Highmark Stadium.
The goal of FeedMore WNY’s capital campaign is to build a new, centralized headquarters in Hamburg.

Detroit Tigers fans on June 27 at Comerica Park joined an exclusive menu tasting event as part of the inaugural Fan Fare council, an initiative led by food, beverage and retail partner Delaware North Sportservice to gather in-season feedback on menu items and service. ⚾️
Participants sampled a selection of seven menu items – including those from current and potential new local partners – and then completed a survey on the quality and taste of each item. The purpose of the event was to capture fan input to inform future programming and menu design.
Menu items included:
🍔 Brisket BBQ Cheddar Slider and Pork Belly from Green Dot Stables
🌭 Italian Pulled Beef and Hot Italian Banger from Marrow
🌯 The Low Rider and Mostly Maui Wowie burritos from SLOWS BAR BQ
🌮 Kielbasa Pierogi Taco from Pietryzk Pierogi
🍦 The night finished off with ice cream from Guernsey Farms Dairy!

CHEFS launched last year to create a formal growth opportunity for Delaware North culinarians through mentoring, continuing education and cross-training. The foundation of CHEFS is to ensure all voices are heard – from the up-and-coming to the seasoned chef.
The 15 emerging culinarians and 8 executive chef mentors are trailblazers for how we build the future of culinary education and development at Delaware North.
We are so proud of all the time, passion and hard work that they have put into this program over the past 12 months. 👏

What a week at the PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester with Patina Catering!⛳️
Our teams delivered championship-level service during the tournament, serving approximately 225,000 fans over 7 days.
In addition to premium-level chalets and suites and Club PGA, we served more than:

🌭 66,000 hot dogs
🧆 42,000 Italian sausages
🥪 45,000 chicken sandwiches
🍩 7,500 doughnuts
🍟 162,000 bags of chips

Delaware North’s operations at the Lexington Airport had a special visitor throughout the Keeneland Spring Meet in April!
We teamed up with Maker's Mark to make screen-printed tote bags for travelers and race fans to take home, as well as offer the track’s specialty bourbon drink, the Keeneland Breeze, at the airport’s Bourbon Library.
The cocktail was the perfect sip to accompany a day at the races, and we were thrilled to give guests the opportunity to enjoy a new souvenir celebrating one of the biggest events on the race calendar. Thanks for having us, Blue Grass Airport! 🏇 🥃🛫

Bring A Future Leader To Work Day
We had some extra special guests at our corporate headquarters today! ☺️
Nearly 90 kids joined us for Bring A Future Leader To Work Day. They rotated between building ✨interesting✨ nacho recipes (judged by our brave Patina 250 team), taking photos with our locations on a green screen, and building rockets out of spaghetti, marshmallows and tape!
The day finished with “Chef Says” and a giant nacho lunch from Chef Steve and our team at KeyBank Center.

Yesterday, Delaware North team members volunteered at MLK Jr. Park in Buffalo as part of our annual tradition of working with Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy. The day was spent removing invasive species, uprooting invasive trees and cleaning up trash in the park and surrounding areas.
It's amazing to see the positive impact we can make on our planet when we come together to protect and preserve it. Let's all do our part to make every day Earth Day! #DelawareNorthProud #GreenPath #BFLO200
