At the age of 22, I was diagnosed with a life changing illness, a brain tumour. From that moment, the myriad of emotions that hit me were hard to handle. I know how difficult it can be to focus your mind and try to live the best life possible when dealing with something this extreme. However, I also know how essential it is for you to regain control and get back on track. For over a decade of my l
ife, I had a long and successful career as a ward sister. Pairing this with my life experience is what inspired me to become a life coach for people who have been effected with the diagnosis of a life changing illness. I know from both practical experience plus nursing that it’s not always an easy process. However, from my life coaching experience, I also know what a relief it can be to air your feelings, thoughts and problems and I pride myself on having created a non-judgmental, confidential space in my home so you can feel comfortable and completely at ease throughout your individual journey. I will help you to take back control of your life; help you to refocus, enabling you to set and achieve your goals, rebuilding your self confidence.
