We have recently refined our values as a team and seeing how they more clearly shape the day to day work, relationships and interactions has been so helpful

Our 2 guiding values:

2) We are consistent in curiosity and empathy

We gather as a team at the beginning of each week to call out where we see these values being lived out and then look to the week ahead and how we get to bring curiosity, empathy and solutions to each conversation and creative challenge we encounter.
