We can cater for sessions of between one to four people and on special requests we can cater for larger groups. Cert 3 and 4 qualified in Fitness and First Aid certified. I have over 10 years of fitness experience in a range of domains. I have played NBN state league soccer for 4 years and Black Diamond AFL for 3 years. I am a retained firefighter and hold a Dive Master qualification.
