It is is located on the western side of the island of Čiovo, one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Croatia with its 2670 hours of sun per year. The house has two floors, a garden and a parking space for 2 cars. The House accommodates 8 PEOPLE + SOFA-BED in the living room suitable for one adult. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds (2 rooms on the first and 2 rooms on the second floor),

2 bathrooms ( 1 on the first and 1 on the second floor), a large living room (35 m2) connected with the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, small game area with a pool table, darts, SAT/TV and air-conditioning. In front of the house is the fireplace-grill which is free for use.

Our Story

The two-storey house provides 185m² of space for eight people. It has four bedrooms with double beds, of which two are on the ground floor and two are on the first. On each floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The 35m² open space on the ground floor, offers comfortable fully-equipped living room (CD player, radio, satellite TV) and fully-equipped kitchen (two fridge and freezer compartments, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven). Air conditioning is available on request, one is located on the ground floor in the open space kitchen/living room and another in the hallway on the first floor so the bedrooms can be cooled if left opened. WiFi is free to use and has great coverage all around the house. The house has two large, furnished terraces that are fenced, as well as a small garden and two parking spaces. The barbecue area in front of the house can be used freely.

The beach at Okrug Gornji 60 meters away is ideal for families with children. It is known for its fine pebbles and there are many bars and cafés there.
