Our two, detached, seafront villas combine a feeling of tranquility, luxury and privacy. Nestled in a secluded part of St Thomas’ bay in southern Cephalonia, and just 30 meters from the Ionian coastline, the resort boasts fantastic ocean views, and is located within an easy 200 meters walking distance of the lovely sand beach of St Thomas. For those who desire privacy, our villas are secluded whil

e remaining only a 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, making this the perfect holiday location. To ensure a tranquil and singular/exclusive holiday experience, only two villas adorn our 8000 m2 property, and each is built on a different ground level. From here one can easily avoid the crowded beaches and the stressful commute, since a semi-private coast is located only a few meters away. The villas were originally built in 2006 and renovated in 2013, with modern needs and comforts in mind. The properties share the same beautiful ocean view, overlooking the turquoise water of the peaceful cove below, as well as the majestic slopes of Mount Ainos. The estate provides a spacious, peaceful and secluded retreat—the perfect backdrop to the comforts of personalized hospitality and service. The Avali Villas are not set out on providing quantity, but are bent on delivering quality.
