Please read the following terms and policies carefully. Using our services, you acknowledged that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and policies. Rates displayed are subject to change depending on flight availability, travel season and preferred travel date. b.1 All passengers are expected to have read and understood these policies provided in their website or via any means and agreed to be bound by these terms. b.2 Flight refunds, rebook and cancellation once paid and confirmed is subject to airline policies and may incur penalties. c. Company strictly implements the "Book and Buy" policy. No reservations; no saving of seats. We encourage everyone to book as early as possible to guarantee sure seats and the best price. d. Rates quoted upon inquiry or booking are not final until slots are booked and travel voucher or booking confirmation is issued. e. Always read important notes and reminders presented upon booking and printed on your travel vouchers. We will not be held liable of any amount or responsibility in case problems arise due to instructions or notes that were not read and followed but provided. f. We will not be held liable of any amount or responsibility to anyone in case of amendments or cancellations made by the airline company which is out of our control. Rest assured that we will do our best to provide assistance to our clients in case such circumstances arise. II. Tour Packages and Hotel Accommodation
a. Paid and confirmed bookings are strictly NON REFUNDABLE. a.1 Cancellation requests for reserved booking must be made 15 days prior to travel/check in date. a.2 Down Payments made to reserve a room or slot are NON REFUNDABLE. a.3 Any amendments or change requests for confirmed booking is considered as cancellation of the latter, thus payment made is forfeited or is considered NON refundable. No show due to fortuitous events including but not limited to typhoons, earthquake, flood and other natural disaster may be endorsed for reinstatement of reservation (subject to availability of rooms) or offsetting of account depending on the policies of hotel, tour operator, and our third party vendors/suppliers. b.1 Full charge is applied to NO SHOW GUEST/PASSENGER. Surcharge applies to Foreign nationalities. Rate varies by destination. Any unused services during tour or stay are NON REFUNDABLE

III. Assistance Services (Passport, Visa, booking services etc)
a. Our company is a private entity and NOT an individual officially involved or in the operation of a government office or agency who has access to people working therein. Therefore, we can only assist the applicant to have a better chance of approval for Visa application, Passport and other public or travel documents needed but we do not guarantee such approval and issuance as it depends upon the discretion of the officer in charge. a.1 We are also not responsible in any respect or for any amount for loss or delay caused by events that we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of or omissions of these public authorities (including passport and embassy consular offices) and/or officers in charge, acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war strikes and civil commotions. Total amount charged to the client for such service reflects the time and professional assistance performed by us on behalf of the client himself doing or processing the application. This charge is defined as our professional fee. Charges also reflect the fees charged by and payable to the office in charge for the said services. Service fees and other charges are subject to change without prior notice. We will also not be held liable for items misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by a delivery service or issuing authority. Documents of any kind not requested by the company for submission should be retained by the applicant. Company accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of such documents. Using our service, clients attest that applications are only for valid purposes and not for any actions that are illegal. We still have the right to reject applications if the purpose of the client is deemed against the law. Payments under any circumstances whatsoever are NON REFUNDABLE. IV. Information Collection, Distribution and Use and Privacy Policy
a. The company always verifies and confirms information obtained from you before completion of booking. Thus, we will not be responsible for any loss or delay or for any amount caused by incorrect or inaccurate information such as but not limited to flight details, spelling of names, number of passengers, contact information and address. Using our services, clients attest that all information and documents provided and submitted via any means are certified true and correct. We will not be held liable of any amount and responsibility to neither the applicant, public authorities or to anyone in case problems arise from submitting falsified documents and/or information. Company provides advisory information but does not undertake any responsibility whatsoever for any changes of information by airline companies, hotels, tour operators, and third party vendors. Availing our service, you agree that we can post photos of travel vouchers or any confirmation documents issued as our proof of transactions. Rest assured that name, and other personal information and reference number indicated will be hidden as respect to your privacy and for the security of all parties involved. We respect the privacy rights of our clients and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected. Company understands the confidentiality of these information and properly secure and protect these information and documents. Our primary goal in collecting personally identifiable information is to provide you with services made available through our website, including, but not limited to our communication with you about our services and/or on going promotions. V. Taxes, Surcharges, Refunds, Penalties and Other charges
a. Taxes, surcharges and other fees are included on the total amount sold by us. Mandatory tipping fees, souvenir fees, and other tour associated fees however are not included on all packages sold. We make sure though that we provide the information regarding necessary fees to be collected during the trip. Any other fees or payments solicited from guests during the trip are of guest’s discretion. We are highly advised to always check the inclusions of the fees presented upon booking so as the fees to be collected during the tour. For cancellations of any cause not attributed to us, three hundred pesos (Php 300.00) or 30% of total amount paid (whichever is higher) plus total chargeable penalties by airline companies, hotels, third party vendors will be deducted from the amount paid and will NOT be refunded. This is to cover the fee of using our service, taxes paid, system fees etc. b.1 In cases where tickets are booked with us and the airline offers full refund upon canceling the flight, we can only refund the net amount. This is the amount paid less than our booking fee, paid taxes and penalties that may incur. Full amount refunds only apply to tickets booked directly with their website or their main ticketing outlets. In case of conflicts between the conditions presented upon booking and this policy, the latter shall prevail. VI. Safety
Please be aware that during your participation in vacations booked by us, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. We will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While we will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold our company harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. We are not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control. Payment indicates you accept these risks and dangers and agree to hold our company harmless for such. We have the right to update our policies from time to time as deemed necessary. Client is responsible for obtaining a copy of our terms and conditions as presented upon booking.
