These cute monkeys were certain to give us a" show" right at our doorstep before even going for the game drive in the Kruger National Park
" Umhluzi" this froth from cow head's meat was the order of the day to survive this cold day on tour in Soweto. 😋
Today I felt like Father Christmas's assistant when we took Ryan Uyede visiting Soweto from Canada to the informal houses in Kliptown to share his pre loved snickers. We went to 4 different houses giving and giving.... Now that's a meaningful Soweto tour in my eyes. The human exchange was amazingly warm and touching and that's what we are all about when we do tours.
For a touch into our culture, book a visit to the traditional healer, like this mother and daughter did. A Soweto tour with a difference 😁
This visit to the fish market in the city of Maputo in Mozambique made me to appreciate more what I put on my plate, I had a deep connection with this "fellow" in my hands.
Nothing but fun on our tours!
If interested in Geology then Mpumalanga province not only offers the Big five animals on Safari but holds precious stones too. A visit to Barberton museum illustrate the minerals and precious stones we have in the country including those that bear witness to the first formations of life. I Also discovered that Gold in the town of Barberton was discovered in 1884/5 a year or two before the discover of Gold in Johannesburg where gold was discovered in 1886. Intesrting fact to learn today😁
For we believe in doing things differently, we took our guests on a Soweto tour to a somehow " unknown" yet wonderful and great restaurant in Soweto where they had a feast and a half, away from the typically touristic Vilakazi street. We are experts in showcasing unique experiences.
Jerry from the Netherlands becomes Zulu..... Halala👏👏👏
On tour today we started by going shopping downtown for Zulu gear - something that Jerry wanted wholeheartedly. Now he is being " officially" dressed by a Zulu man. That's how we roll, your wish when touring with us become reality
A morning started with sharing beer with the locals on this Soweto tour, that's what we do, your wish is our command! We are flexible to move things around, as long as you're happy, we are happy too😁
Mopani worms are not as bad as people may think, JuanMa from Colombia tried it, and he is still standing🤷♀️, this type of experience awaits to be explored at Lesedi Cultural village.
