If your hotel have arranged pick-up for you, well and good. If not, don’t worry, There are car service companies on stand-by at the airport. There are also yellow airport taxis and white (regular) city taxis.

Arriving passengers will be approached by car service attendants and drivers offering transportation services. Guards may also ask if you need a car.

Approximate costs for a one-way trip from Mactan International Airport to Cebu City (and vice versa) are as follows:

White Regular Taxis – 200 to 300 pesos [metered] variable, pay at end of trip
Yellow Airport Taxis – 350-550 pesos [metered] variable, pay at end of trip
Car Services / Vehicle-for-Hire / Rent-a-Car – 500 to 650 pesos [fixed] pay at start
Minivan – 625 to 910 pesos [fixed] pay at start of trip
Vans – 1000 to 1300+ [fixed] pay at start of trip
To get a White Regular Taxi
Cross the road from Departure area then you have to find a stairs or lamp to connect to ground floor. you can see sign boar "Taxi"
