The cottage is in a beautiful, quiet, private, rural neighborhood with a pristine rushing creek on the property. At 3382 feet elevation, Wren Cottage is only 8 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance at Balsam Gap, 40 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, 20 minutes from river rafting, 45 minutes from Asheville and 10 minutes from historic downtown Waynesville.
