Fourty of our wild dolphin family literally making love to our guests for over 3 hours on our last day. With the weather gods gifting us the best weather of the season so far... we celebrated hours of dolphin magic each every day except on Wednesday when everyone voted to take the day and play with our stingray family, our shark buddies and a beautiful reef area that most have never experienced. One of our guests took me to the side and emotionally shared that this day was one of the top 5 best days in his life... yes, it was a good week with wonderful people... thank you.

This is today... blessed again... we're crossing the Grand Bahama Channel right now, finishing off another special week. A unique setting sun behind a cloudy horizon.
We've changed up our dolphin grounds a giving us time in a very special place all by our lonesome with amazing dolphin interactions.
The weather has calmed down for a bit, and now it is flat calm. There's still blue in the sky with clouds streaking along in symphony with the horizon.
Puppy Taino is worn out from all the dolphin interactions this week. He puts in the miles on deck, checking to see that all his wet friends showed up... it's a mutual love affair between his dolphin friends and himself.
Please excuse the photos. We have a new 360 camera and are still learning its uniqueness. It's definitely fun to play with.

A taste from last week, photos taken by our guests. Mother Nature gifted us about everything that she had from storms to calm. Turtles, dolphins, beautiful beach time shared with wonderful people!!
My bad not having any underwater shots that would have been some of our best ever. We have a new 360 degree camera that I am slowly understanding. When the red light is on its recording, when the green light is on its not... my simple mind had that a bit backwards in the beginning and missed some special moments... never again :-) ...
Thankful for the blessings and experiences that we shared together.

Our Swedish mermaid Mimmi is back on board for most of this summer season...
Mimmi first joined us with her mom for her 18th birthday and has been returning on her own since every four or five years to her dolphin family.
A while back, I posted that one of our chefs would not be returning, and Mimmi contacted me immediately to ask for the job...
Here again, 17 or so years later it is a treat to have her back on board as part of our family crew. Her cooking is another very good bonus...
She is also our photographer/videographer, editor, our in water safety person, and just a joy to have on board. As many of you know!!

Some days are just perfect...
Waking up, walking puppy Taino on the beach as the sun comes up behind our anchored custom catamaran Indigo Dreams.
Heading out from our anchorage, the ocean is completely flat calm, hardly able to differentiate the horizon, being water or sky...
We headed into the Indigo blue waters of the Gulfstream to play in her comfortable, all-encompassing love... Jorge and I were also able to do some line dives down to 125 ft and back for a bit. Being able to sink slowly down the line surrounded in crystal clear deep blue depths, sun rays streaming down into the 1000 ft abyss. Holding onto the line at 125 ft for a restful meditation moment, looking up, being able to see everyone floating above with an incredible billowing lightly clouded blue sky above.
It is, for me, most times difficult to come back, sinking down in the complete silence is very tempting...
Leaving the Gulfstream we head back into the Bahama Banks to visit with our wild dolphin family.
A couple of hours later, we were surrounded by a couple of small pods of our spotted dolphin family feeding and just drifted with them until they were ready to spend some time together.
We wound up with around 30 dolphins in three separate pods that spent several hours rotating in and out with us. The waters were still crystal clear and flat calm, gifting us an amazingly wonderful day. Including being visited by three different medium-sized tiger sharks who found us interesting enough to come and go at different times. Incredibly beautiful animals and a joy to have join us.
We actually added a day to this week as our guests all flew out a couple of day later, so we gifted to them, and it seemed to turn out well.

Up to 40 of our wild dolphin family spending several hours with us both in and out of the water...
We spent the morning with our wild stingray family, hugging and loving with them then slowly moved our to the dolphin grounds to spend the rest of the afternoon with our wild dolphin family.
A very surreal calm and clear day on the water.
Feeling so blessed and thankful.
