A lovely thank you gesture received this morning from Do Business Network - DBN. Its only Old Red coupled with ‘DBN Orange’ set on a backdrop of our business in a box which was on display at this mornings event.

It’s something we take for granted and to some degree don’t see it the way that others do, but we’re always complimented on our business card, three times this morning in fact! It’s something that has proven to be a memorable talking point on many occasions for us with connections old and new.

Having seen a number of posts/comments recently discussing the relevancy and worth of the humble business card in the digital age we wondered how they work for you? Do you feel they are an unnecessary expense or an invaluable extension of your brand?

Being the first impression of your brand it’s a touch point we personally couldn’t and wouldn’t be without and will always invest in. We always remember a great business card.

It’s our first official day back after the Christmas break and although a little belated Happy New Year to all of our friends, clients and associates.

We’d also like to announce that we’ve recently turned two and officially entered into our third year of trading.

2017 was a bit of a rollercoaster year for us with the year starting on a huge dip which prolonged until almost the new tax year. We recovered with a small peak in the summer only to hit another dip again before finishing the year with a peak. 2017’s business lessons were most certainly grit, determination and resolve.

Now that’s behind us we’re excited to get going again to see what 2018 brings us and hopefully continue on the peak we finished in 2017.

Thank you to everybody who have shaped our story so far and we look forward to connecting with you all throughout the year.

As we’ve built our brand around the humble Elephant we’ve created a self commissioned piece of artwork to promote awareness for World Elephant Day this coming Saturday (12/08/17).

Not all Elephants are as happy go lucky and as safe as our Old Red, in fact they’re in serious trouble with numbers dropping 62% in the last decade alone.
