The area is still not touched much by tourism. Wonderfully, it is one of the few remaining unspoiled areas of Costa Rica. Melt into the sunsets in the classic Costa Rican triple arched great terrazzo and balconies, open to the Pacific breezes. Laze in the hammocks, soak up some sun or shade, and cool in the beautiful infinity pool with a whirlpool seating circle. Take a break from the tropical sun

and retreat to our palm thatched rancho, take in the view of the surrounding hillsides and ocean. Parrots, sea birds and howler monkeys keeping you company. Your own private secluded retreat, you may not want to leave here much at all, we don't when we are there.

'Casa Rosa' sits in a secluded region of Costa Rica, not readily accessible from North or South. No crowds, no noise except for nature. Just in front are two of the most beautiful and least visited beaches in all of Costa Rica. Playa Coyote in front and to the North, Playa De Oro, both isolated, tropical Palm fringed beaches of silver brown sand that are separated by the mouth of the Rio Jabilla. At low tide, walk through both sides on the flat warm sands. We have built into our home, three generous bedroom, 'walk-out' suites, each with private large & airy full bathrooms, kitchen and all the comforts. Perfect for a couple or couples as a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom when we are away. Comes complete with caretaker and cleaning services, you will feel at home in our home. 'Mi casa es su casa'. Playa Coyote has gentle rolling surf, safe for swimming without the concerns of rip tides. Perfect for beach walking and shell collecting. Within 2-3 KM, there are several Costa Rican bar-restaurants with very good affordable food, for eat in or take out. The cross roads of San Francisco Coyote offer two small, but nicely stocked stores and near by a fresh seafood stand. Sometimes in the morning, you can visit the local fishermen at Pto Coyote and purchase freshly caught fish. Visit nearby Playa Caletas, a protected 10 KM long wilderness beach, and important turtle nesting area. With the Pretoma turtle hatchery camp midway on the beach. Visit and hike the Karen Morgensen Reserve, a hidden midlevel jungle forest (45 min by car) with old growth forest, pristine waterfall and crystal clear natural swimming pools. Guide services, horseback touring and local fishing charters are available. Keywords: Classic open air design, 1 to 3 master suites available, plus loft. Infinity pool, Rancho,Grand Terrazo-your outside living room. 1/2 mi to beach, private & unspoiled.
