All the graduates of BATHM Program of Summer 2023 and Fall 2023 semester are requested to receive their convocation gown and parents Invitation Card from the CTHM Lab by July 24, 2024. Gown distribution will be started from July 20, 2024 to July 24, 2024 (Saturday to Wednesday) from 09:00am to 05:00pm.

According to the Bi-semester system if you need extra semesters to complete your graduation more than 4 years duration, you are advised to inform the department within the mentioned date.

The students are requested to take courses during the Summer 2024 semester (Recess) as needed to adjust the graduation timeline. The Summer semester will be from June 01 to August 05, 2024. It's noted that you can enroll in up to two courses, not more than 6 credit hours.

Important Notes:
• This course offering is based on need only.
• If you need extra semesters to complete your graduation more than 4 years duration, you are advised to inform the department.
• Those who are not in this situation they are not allow to enroll in courses in Summer 2024 semester (Recess).
• You can enroll 2 courses, maximum 6 credit hours
