y stalls or sampling local cuisine. Sarah was first drawn to meditation practices at the age of 16, but it wasn't until 2010 that she discovered the practice of yoga. Three years later, after establishing a daily practice, Sarah decided to train at The Yoga Sanctuary, UK. The rest is history, and Sarah has been teaching ever since, spreading her passion for the healing, opening and life changing power of yoga.
