At ROCKFOSTERS we have constantly been holding Health camps at our Manufacturing facilities. At ROCKFOSTERS we have
also set up a First Aid Training Awareness Courses.
2. Education:
At ROCKFOSTERS Center for Education, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Discovery [C.E.E.I.D.] we have been delivering Vocational Courses to improve employment and encourage Entrepreneurship. At ROCKFOSTERS we have special 4 weeks Internship program in the fields of Operations, Marketing, Financing and Sales which provides a platform for learning on-the-job skills.
3. Small Scale & Cottage Industry:
At ROCKFOSTERS we are closely working towards revival of the Small Scale & Cottage Industry of India. In this endeavor, we have chosen two centers in India:
Dommarnandyala in Andhra Pradesh. At these 2 locations ROCKFOSTERS is promoting Weaving of Yarn and value addition in the form of Hand Stitch garments. At ROCKFOSTERS we have a Center for Education, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Discovery to bridge the gap between Industry, Academicians, Practitioners and Scientists. Our first Center was established in the City of Agra in India. Agra City is the home of the Marble Marvel -Taj Mahal. Agra City has the distinction of being home to – the land of the Merciful – Dayalbagh, which is a self-containable colony, known for its serene environment and secular establishments. Through our Centers we have been emphasizing on ‘Education as an Agent of Change’. We have been connecting different people of the society by providing them a platform to share their life experiences and by doing so, inspiring the generation next. These Centers are integral to our Social Charter. We constantly look at new ways to do old things. We encourage Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Discovery. This outlook gives us the energy to re-invent our thinking and ensure that our products and services continue to be the best.
