I love all of my Briggs & Riley luggage. As in, LOVE them. Every piece I own. I had an overnight layover in Miami last night, and was packing up in the hotel for this morning’s flight. There are so many compartments in this particular piece, that I haven’t even used them all…apparently. Because I opened up one of the sections and discovered A TON OF PACKING PAPER. 🤦🏻♀️ Yes, this suitcase has been traveling with me all over the world…and I still had enough room to carry the packing paper with me.😂
Side note: Kids will be happy that this means there will be room for souvenirs on the return flight!

It doesn’t matter how handsome or amazing he is, he will never feel “Kenough”. The jealousy is real. (But let’s be honest. My girl knows how to work it! 💗) P.S. They are currently not on playing terms after the wig incident.

Spent Monday at Diamante Eco Adventure Park’s animal sanctuary and rescue center in Costa Rica. I have always wanted to see the sloths and Diamante is doing some wonderful things to take care of animals that have been domesticated (and can no longer survive in the wild) or have other situations that would otherwise limit their lifespan.
Lucy, the sloth in most of my pictures, was one of the highlights of my whole trip. 🦥 ❤️

For those like my oldest son that absolutely LOVED the Skypad, you need to know that Royal Caribbean just removed it from its ships.
In a statement, Royal said, "A key part of delivering memorable vacations is reviewing the experiences we offer on board and ashore on an ongoing basis. A recent evaluation of guest feedback and trends has informed our decision to discontinue the Sky Pad VR and bungee trampoline experience that’s on board four ships..."
According to the statement, the domed area under which Sky Pad was found will be transformed into a permanent venue hosting new complimentary experiences, such as dance classes, morning stretching and more.
The four ships that had Sky Pad were Independence of the Seas, Mariner of the Seas, Spectrum of the Seas and Odyssey of the Seas.
Admittedly, I am disappointed that it is being removed. It was a highlight for our kids! And the bungee jumping was especially stimulating for our child with autism. Perhaps we were an exception....? 🤔
With all of the new bells and whistles Royal Caribbean has on their megaships these days, hopefully they will replace it with something else comparable. And until then, I won't break the news to my kids!

Since it’s easy to post the glamorous photos, I thought it would be fun to post some outtakes. Even though I’m a travel agent and travel extensively, things don’t always go perfectly! And behind perfect photos are the hair flyaways, the delayed flights and missed connections, the squinty eyes, the “We have to take ANOTHER photo?!l” argument before forcing one more smile. But that’s all part of the trip, so why not share it?
