Wow! The ladies are on the way to the airport and we’re sitting here in awe of the week that just transpired.

Our favorite thing about leading Sacred Soul Journeys is seeing the transformation occur - watching the women return to themselves and emerge renewed.

This week has been about love, courage, laughter, butterflies, trust, dancing, release, celebration, incredible food and life-changing upgrades. Forever bonds were formed in this beautiful sisterhood.

We’re so grateful for the work we get to do on this planet. We’re honored to co-facilitate Sacred Soul Journeys together, it’s freaking epic. We can’t wait to do it all again.

Day two of Sacred Soul Journey has been incredible.

We biked through the ruins, climbed a pyramid, swam in cenotes, felt inspired in the jungle, and found the courage to go beyond our limits.

There’s an endless amount of love, laughter and transformation happening here. I’m in awe of these beautiful women. 💜

One of the things I love about Tulum is the spirit and energy of this place.
⠀⠀
Rituals are practiced here daily, although it may not be so obvious to the tourist eye.
⠀⠀
The Mayans have been performing spiritual ceremony for centuries using Copal.
⠀⠀
Copal is a tree resin from the medicinal Copal tree. It’s used to clear the energy of individuals, places and items, and as a sacred offering.
⠀⠀
In addition to ceremony, it’s burning everywhere, in homes, spas, restaurants, hotels and shops.
⠀⠀
Living in a place with deep spiritual connection is important to me.
⠀⠀
Making offerings and participating in ceremony and daily ritual is one of the things that keeps me connected to spirit.
⠀⠀
I burn Copal every day to cleanse myself and my space. When I encounter it in my travels around the area, I’m reminded to pause and align.
