Our latest update at the condo…a much needed facelift for our balcony doors! New glass and new rollers makes them clear as a bell and opens smooth as can be. Come stay with us and check them out!

Our loss can be your gain. Our condo is fine but due to water damage from Hurricane Ian our HOA can’t get our elevator fixed until February! We can’t use it until it’s fixed. So if you don’t mind a two flight walk up…we have lowered our nightly rate to compensate for the loss of use of the elevator from now through February with a two night minimum stay. What a week…
Thanks to Hurricane Ian, Cherry Grove Beach, SC sustained lots of flooding and water damage. Cherry Grove Haven was lucky in that our complex was not extensively damaged. The parking, pool and elevator flooded and both the pool and elevator are currently inoperable. The clean up of our little town has begun now that water has receded and power is being restored. We lost a small piece of the pier. You can still access and fish on about 1/3 of the pier during high tide. They will rebuild the missing section once it’s safe to do so. The stores and restaurants have opened back up! So keep us in mind for your fall and winter trips to the beach. We will send more updates soon. Here are a few pics from the condo during the storm.

During our renovations I found this piece of metal art at the Boulineau’s store down the street. It is one of my favorite decorations in the condo. What is your favorite beach art?

Cherry Grove Haven has availability Sunday, July 18-Saturday, July 24. It’s a day short of a full week but still plenty of time to get your toes in the sand! We are all booked through July 18 but there is plenty of availability in August. Take a look and see when you can come.
