This is what it's like to live in the "rainforest city" here in . While humans are still slowly taking over the coastal bits of the Island, the areas most prized hunter takes no mind to the urban sprawl.

Now that's a good city kitty. I shall name you Steve French.

Giveaway going down with right now!

I think it’s safe to say that we’re all feeling the effects of our current pandemic. This photo reminds me of simpler times when I could cruise around the province with my pals to take photos of puffins in Bonavista. In order to spread some cheer, I’d like to give away a 20x30 canvas of a print of your choice ($260+ value). The rules are simple. Follow me and tag three friends who you think could use some new artwork to brighten up their living space. If we have to stay home then we may as well spruce things up!

Contest closes Sunday, April 12th. Good luck and stay safe!

Interesting!

Researchers have discovered evidence that Antarctica had a swampy rainforest 90,000 years ago thanks to sediment cores filled with pristine soil and root systems that preserved the plant cells.
