Endless VEGAN NOOODLE LOVE........PAD THAI dream meal.....

WHAT IS PAD THAI?

Pad Thai is a traditional, stir-fried noodle dish served in Thailand. It’s commonly served as street-food, or in restaurants all throughout Thailand. One of my favourite experiences was learning how to cook an authentic Pad Thai in Thailand. I’ve taken a couple cooking classes there and was able to learn the proper way to make this dish. Though it’s traditionally made with egg, fish sauce, and an option of chicken or shrimp, I have learned how to make a vegan version of Pad Thai that still packs all the best flavours without using any of those ingredients.

Thai food is all about finding a balance between sweet, salty, sour, spicy. This is the ultimate secret behind great Thai food. In Thailand, they use a lot of palm sugar and fish sauce in most of their recipes.

At the Vegan Freedom Retreats, you will be pampered to a private cooking class with a magnificent chef who is specialized in Traditional Thai Cooking!

Thai massage has many benefits for the individual. It uses the gentle pressure on energy lines and the yoga-like stretching to relax the whole body on a deeper level. This deeper level of relaxation improves the individuals' personal outlook, and their emotional status. Deep relaxation has been shown to promote a deeper, more restorative night's sleep as well. This deeper sleep allows the body to heal itself physical, and let you feel more refreshed upon awakening.
Thai massage helps to reduce the individual's stress levels and improve their overall circulation. This is accomplished by the gradual movement of the person through different yoga-like positions. This will enhance the persons' flexibility allowing for a greater range of motion. This greater range of motion and flexibility reduces muscle stress and strain, and helps to prevent trip and fall accidents.
