Our Story

Why book with me instead of directly with Disney? Either way, the price is going to be the same. The difference between the two is ME! You get me...to answer questions, advise, recommend, bounce ideas off of, provide complete vacation planning and organization, problem-solve. I'm available most of the day via phone, email or text, so you don't have to call a 1-800 number to get a question answered! Plus, I monitor for specials and discounts and automatically apply them to your vacation. Disney will not do that for you unless you call in to make that change. I just do it, then send you a text that says, "I just saved you some money!" I will book dining and FastPasses if you need me to. I'll arrange stroller or scooter rentals and other services that may be needed. I also provide you with Disney vacation tips and tricks and a completely customized itinerary before you leave. You save time and energy by having me do all the work for you. And I don't charge you any additional fees for all that work if you book your vacation through me! I love Disney and have been over 40 times (10 times just in the last year!) and I know that there is a LOT of info out there when you start planning. If you’ve never been to Disney World or it’s been awhile since you were last there, the information can overwhelm you. Let me do it for you, so you can just enjoy your trip. I will be with you every step of the way, from choosing when you travel to where you'll stay, where to eat, what to ride - I've been going to Disney for over 30 years, so you can trust my expertise. I plan travel to Disney World and Disneyland, aboard Disney Cruise Lines, trips to Aulani, a Disney resort & spa in Hawaii, and on trips of a lifetime with Adventures by Disney. I am also a Certified Sandals Specialist. I love the white sand of the Caribbean, and the resorts at Sandals & Beaches' locations are top notch. It does not cost you one penny extra to use me, as most places pay me commission out of what you pay to them. So, you're actually getting an extra "perk" for the same price; you get a personal concierge (me!) I can offer you the convenience of having someone else take care of the details for you so you just enjoy the trip. Using a travel agent provides you with peace of mind as I am available to assist you before, during and after your trip. In the event that something does go wrong (let's hope not!), I will be an invaluable resource, working on your behalf to make things right. You can also travel knowing you won't be relying on a 1-800 number, a customer service call center or an irritating automated voice menu in the event that you have questions or need assistance.

I am knowledgeable about the products that I specialize in, and I am constantly seeking information and status updates for each resort. I go to yearly training sessions (both on and off site) to keep myself current. I monitor message boards filled with other agents who sell the same products I do, and we all share our knowledge of what's going on at the resorts so we can best serve our clients. I can create your itinerary and personalize your experiences so you'll know what you can expect ahead of time. I can also make special requests on your behalf - you are a VIP with a travel agent in your corner.
