Our job does not end when you book travel with us, as a matter of fact, get comfortable because we will hold your hand to make sure you are well-informed throughout the process, including sending you a 24-hour reminder to check-in for your flights. You can reach us while you’re traveling internationally and address last-minute questions and even make further arrangements for you, including checking on your pet sitter. (jk! but you get the idea).
What’s our "why"?
I want to share my insights with you about why and how I started in the hope it can inspire someone that needs to receive this message today.
I was originally born in Indonesia as an only child. When I was 9 years old, my dad uprooted my family to Colorado, US, to fulfill his work assignment at the time for a year. It was one of the scariest things I had to go through. I did not speak any English and everything I knew until then was gone in a flash. I feared the unknown and had to go through many self-discoveries along the way. Fast forward a year later, and it turned out to be the best childhood experience I had and how my love for travel, exploring unknown places was born.
In adulthood, I knew I always wanted to run my own business someday. In the first 12 years, I worked in a Fortune 100 company and kept telling myself that someday I will. I just never felt like the right time came and I was far too comfortable in my safety zone. That fear of the unknown was haunting me every time I stepped forward to pursue my business dream.
Then in 2018, I unexpectedly lost three important people close to me within six months and I knew in my gut it was a wakeup call. It felt like a sledgehammer fell on my world. I was sad, angry, confused. I did not think all these emotions can be so prominent all at the same time. I spent some time soul searching, trying to understand my purpose. There was a gnawing feeling inside beckoning to manifest a newly designed life that would liberate me to craft the life I want. To provide joy and memories to others. That’s when I realize launching my own travel franchise was the only sanity pause button I have had and saved me from losing my sanity in this fast-paced world. It had helped me personally to see the big picture and reprioritize things important to me.
That incident, though was also a sobering realization that TIME is the only thing truly non-refundable in life. It was a catalyst for me to live the life I would be proud of. Creating unforgettable memories for others has been the core mission of this company.

So yes, the way we run the company is the way we want to be treated. That’s our core principal. We want to be honest with you when we can help and when we can’t. There are things you could do on your own and where you won’t need us. What?!
Flights only request
You won’t need us if you are looking for domestic flights or flights only. Back in the day, we were given a superpower to enable us to have an amazing discount for a domestic flight, but not anymore. This is the one rare scenario where you could use your fave apps and search engine to look for the best rates. The only exception is if you are traveling to Europe because we do have access to the best-contracted rates and consolidated airs.
Domestic travel
You probably won’t need us if you are looking for domestic travel. We can still technically help you, but our specialty and where we shine is on all-inclusive resorts, Europe and international custom travel and cruises.
No Airbnb or VRBO
You won’t need us if you’re trying to book an Airbnb or VRBO. We do luxury house and villa rentals that have met our standards of excellence.
Mr. and Ms. Know-It-All or DIY-ers
We are not for you if you think you know it all. Yup, I realize some people love to do the work themselves and think they have all the information. If that’s you, that’s great and not trying to throw shade but the truth is we just want to invest in helping people who want our help. I know it’s not for everyone. Just like people want to cook their own Michelin star meal, more power to you. We want to help those who want our help and see the value of our service.

Once the form is submitted and had the initial consultation, allow 2-3 business days for us to provide a custom-made proposal.
