The iconic F.W. Woolworth Building, home to the International Civil Rights Center & Museum, has been designated a National Historic Landmark! Recognized for its pivotal role in the 1960 sit-in movement led by the Greensboro Four, this designation ensures the preservation of this civil rights landmark for future generations.

A National Park Services committee started this process back in May.
