Buying or selling a home are both life changing events. I’m here to assist my clients through the maze of ever changing policies, loan programs and markets. I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 26 years

and I still thrive on a new challenge. I graduated in 1987 from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. I spent the first 21 years on the “appraisal” side of the business both appraising single family residences and managing appraisers. After moving to the REO side of the industry it was a natural progression to transition to the sales side. My experience allows me to understand the mindset of the “appraiser” and the “bank” when considering list price and offer price. I look forward to sharing my expertise & experience with you.
