- Please try to remember that all parts of your trip is meticulously planned, arranged and booked ahead of time. Any person failing to attend on the day of departure will not be refunded.
- If you cancel your trip 7 days prior to departure day you can get 90% of your money refunded.
- If you cancel your trip 2-5 days prior to departure day you can get 80% of your money refunded.
-If you cancel your trip between 24-48 hours prior to departure day you can get 50% of your money refunded.
- If you cancel your trip later that 24 hours prior to departure day there is NO REFUND!!!
- It is in your responsibility to be at the right pick up location prior to the confirmed scheduled time! If you fail to show up at the right place on time you will be charged in full! The driver is not allowed to wait more than 15 minutes.
- There will be No refund for the customer that is refused service because he/she appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if he/she displays an inability to care for themselves or displays conduct which may disrupt the pleasure and/or safety of the other passengers or employees.
