One of my favorite distilleries! Love their Scotch... If you're traveling up the coast on your way to St. Andrews it's a great stop with a nice cafe.

What a difference a month makes in the life of a puppy. This particular puppy is a border collier who will soon be herding sheep when he or she is ready. We visited a working farm in the Scottish Highlands last month, that's my sister Kim on the left and then one of my clients and her family visited the same farm and see how much they've grown. Going to Scotland, this is a great stop and a wonderful demonstration not to be missed!

One of our best meals while we were in Scotland and certainly the best Cullen Skink I've had was at Forgan's in St. Andrews. Next time you're in Scotland do make this a stop and try it for yourself!

Meet Jody and Anthony. On our recent trip to Scotland we visited Armadale Castle on the Isle of Skye. Not only did it have the most beautiful gardens and view of The Sound of Sleat but we met these lovely people who were married there a couple of years past. What a lovely place for a wedding and these two happy people were just fantastic to talk with. She's a Texas girl and he's from Scotland and if you're wondering their little puppy she's holding is called Rebel, of course!

Last day of the cruise brought us to Riquewihr . Beauty and the Beast was modeled after this town with quaint old houses and lovely food. Did I mention wine?
