an. Men seem to be more confused and less interested in commitment and intimacy. Dating feels like a minefield. Work still feels dominated by men. Communicating and being heard seems to have got harder and harder. It’s easy to say there are no good men out there, or buy-in to the lie that you’re “just not meant to be happy in love”. It’s not as though we haven’t tried. We’ve read all the self-help books, we’ve read every ‘how to improve our love and work life’ article in the press and talked for hours with our friends, counsellors and therapists, only to feel disappointed when we don’t get the results we want. Having done all of the above, I finally found results that have been amazing and long lasting from a system of coaching that really works. I’ve since become a career and relationship coach and use this same system and it feels fantastic to see other women experience the same life-changing results. We all have our own personal ‘process’ when viewing the world that chains us to patterns of behaviours that are as old as we are, and produce for us the same results over and over again.
