The caravan has all the mod cons you would expect from home to home. It’s a stunning home from home caravan which is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. The pitch is south facing with the veranda at the front which gets the mid day to evening sun. Perfect for those lazy evenings on the veranda with a few drinks. The veranda has a rattan seating set with table for your comfort. It is a short 2 minute stroll away from all the main facilities and amenities. It is centrally heated and doubled glazed which makes the winter months much more comfortable and warm. The open plan lounge and dining room has lots of space and lots of seating, with a wall mounted electric pebble fire and a 43 inch smart\freeview tv with DVD player and a selection of dvds for all ages available. A PS3 console with games is also provided for the enjoyment of the younger ones with also gives you internet access to Netflix and lots of other movie channels. We even have a dishwasher so that valuable holiday time isn’t spent washing up. WiFi is also provided thoughout the caravan.
There are two bathrooms, one off the main bedroom and a power shower bathroom in the main family bathroom with all mod cons. The bedrooms are 2 single beds in 2 of the bedrooms with wardrobe and drawers. The master bedroom has a wardrobe with drawers incorporated. Thw master also features a Wall mounted smart tv and WiFi and an electric hairdryer incorporated into the lovely vanity unit. Beds are made up prior to your arrival and we supply all the linen and towels for your stay. We also have a travel cot and high chair available at no extra cost. There is a patio to the side of the caravan with tables and chairs and a gas bbq for al fresco dining, there is also a nice garden area with a rotary drier for your convenience. There is private parking outside the caravan for one car.
There is also a Bluetooth sound system which pipes music from your phone or device throughout the caravan for your enjoyment.
We ask for £100 bond/deposit to cover any breakages and damage which will be returned within 7 days after departure providing the caravan is left in the same condition. As you found it on arrival. A 25%deposit will be required upon booking with the remaining balance due 6weeks prior to arrival. Any last minute bookings received payment will be required in full if within the 6 weeks period from arrival. Bookings that are cancelled 8;weeks prior to arrival will loose the deposit paid.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the caravan, however, smoking is permitted outside on the patio area.
