After a few days of exploring Cyprus, here are some of Kerstin‘s key takeaways:

✅ Driving on the Left: If you’re new to left-side driving, Cyprus is the perfect place to get used to it—calm roads and a relaxed pace make the transition easy. 🚗

✅ Charming Lefkara Village: Tucked away in the mountains, Lefkara is famous for its intricate Lefkaritiko embroidery and exquisite silverwork. Kerstin met a lovely local artisan, a third-generation embroiderer, who shared her family’s story. She couldn’t resist bringing home some beautiful handmade pieces - this village is a must-visit! ✨

✅ Akro Aspro Trail: For more advanced hikers, this trail is an absolute gem. Stunning coastal views, rugged landscapes, and the perfect way to experience Cyprus’ raw natural beauty. 🏞️

✅ Limassol – A Mini Dubai? For those craving an urban feel, Limassol’s skyline gives off serious mini Dubai vibes - luxury towers, international restaurants, and a sleek marina. But instead of the big brands, Kerstin preferred the charming local tavernas like or , where authentic flavors and warm hospitality made all the difference. 🍽️

✅ Springtime Magic: Spring in Cyprus is a dream, with mimosa trees in full bloom, filling the air with their sweet fragrance. The golden blossoms and fresh Mediterranean breeze make this season extra special. 🌿💛

Countryside is calling! 🌾 The newest addition to our collection is stunning , a family-run one-of-a-kind farm estate in the Lüneburg Heath.
Our travel designer Kirsten and her son Leo spent a weekend at a magical place where childhood memories are made: From mucking out the stables and feeding the animals to riding lessons, campfires and homemade cakes by the stove - not to mention the huge indoor play barn. And the adults? Take it slow and just wish to be children again. The perfect countryside getaway, approved for every season.
