Inspirasia Foundation’s President, Phil Bergman, helps a student solve a math problem during a visit to Manikaji - one of East Bali Poverty Project schools.

EBPP helps the thousands of people living in abject poverty in East Bali. Through their Education Programme, more than two hundred previously illiterate and malnourished children attend EBPP schools in their isolated hamlets.

Ali joined Home & Life Phangnga foundation in 2008, after his mother abandoned him. Now 16 years old, he is still living happily at Home & Life and runs the home's Coffee and Bakery Shop, while also studying at a nearby school.

Since its opening in 2005, Home & Life has provided a loving home to over 100 children in the Thai Muang district of Thailand. Currently, 25 children are living there, enjoying a safe and supportive family environment.

Iniala invited Inspirasia supported organisations- มูลนิธิบ้านเพื่อชีวิต พังงา (homeandlifephangnga) and FED - Foundation for Education and Development - to Advanced Babysitting Training at Iniala Beach House in Phang Nga, Thailand.

Through our networks, we are able to provide capacity building and further support to all our grantees. Thank you Iniala for inviting them to the training and a delicious lunch.

26,000 lives changed so far. Kaler is just one of those.

Kaler Adnyana, a 9 year old boy with cerebral palsy, is being treated by Jouice, one of Yayasan Peduli Kemanusiaan (YPK) Bali physiotherapists. Through YPK’s Mobile Clinics in Bali, children and adults with disabilities are able to receive free treatment by qualified and experienced physiotherapists, while they and their families are also educated on effective home treatment.

The organisation, which has been supported by Inspirasia Foundation since 2009, has changed the lives of more than 26,000 people to date.

Dreams can come true.

After losing all function in his legs at the age of 20, Wahyu Diatmika ended up spending all his days and nights lying in bed or playing computer games in his bedroom. After one year, Puspadi Bali found out about his situation and provided him with an appropriately fitted wheelchair, which gave him the chance to start his life over. Now, he is married and runs his very own computer gaming company.

“Before Puspadi came into my life, I never did anything, I just used to dream. Puspadi made my dream come true” Wahyu explains.

Inspirasia Foundation has been supporting PUSPADI since 2002. Together, we continue making dreams come true.

202 innocent lives lost. Another 209 injured. Hundreds of friends and family left heartbroken.

Among the lives that were lost that day, was Annika Linden, a young, energetic and loving woman. Set up in the memory of Annika, Inspirasia Foundation was the bright light created in the darkness of the Bali bombings, to help those affected by the tragedy. Annika’s memory still lives on to this day, 16 years after the bombings, in the smiles of the thousands of children and people whose lives Inspirasia Foundation has impacted.

Funded by Eran Lipszyc, a friend and supporter of Inspirasia Foundation,Yayasan Peduli Kemanusiaan (YPK) Bali's brand new music room at the Annika Linden Centre has opened many exciting doors for their students.

Complete with a variety of musical instruments, this multifunctional room serves as a space for music therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. These all aid in the development of a number of vital skills, while also allowing the students to explore their creativity, strengthen their individuality and build their confidence in a fun and engaging way.

These kids never fail to impress us!
Creativity can be used as a tool to empower children with disabilities.

Fun, laughter and lots of splashes of paint were all a part of this enjoyable activity in which Inspirasia’s visitors and Yayasan Peduli Kemanusiaan (YPK) Bali students combined their imagination and artistic skills. 🎨✨

YPK run an Educational Programme at Annika Linden Centre for children with cerebral palsy. Currently, 73 children receive quality education and physical therapy sessions at YPK’s rehabilitation centre.
