Verrazano Narrows Bridge!

My first cruise from Cape Liberty in New Jersey was in 2023. During the Sail Away Party, my son and I were relaxing at the Pool Bar when we started to see many, many people jump up with their phones and start taking pictures/videos. So, we stood up to see what was happening. Watching the ship sail underneath them Verrazano Narrows Bridge was amazing! While under the bridge, the ships horn started going off and everyone CHEERED! I can't wait to experience this moment again on future cruises!

Nomad Lounge at Animal Kingdom!

Have you tried Nomad Lounge at Animal Kingdom? My first visit was August 2022 and I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I WAITED SO LONG! The food was excellent, and the service was amazing! They took time to explain everything with respect to my food allergies (wheat & blueberries). I never had any concerns about what I was eating.

One menu item that is a must have...THE GLUTEN-FREE CHURROS! They were so yummy that we got a second order. My tip: get one order of churros per person - you'll thank me later!

Welcome Aboard Lunch!

After stepping aboard Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas, my son and I headed to the Main Dining Room for our Welcome Aboard Lunch as Key members. Lunch was provided by Chops (specialty restaurant). I spoke with our server about my food allergies. The chef was able to accommodate my food allergies (wheat & blueberries) during our lunch.

1. Appetizer: Colossal Shrimp Cocktail

2. Entree: Angus Filet Mignon

3. Desserts: Strawberry Ice Cream and New York Cheesecake

One additional perk at lunch: we checked our carry-on luggage with the staff, and it was delivered to our stateroom.
