A great sunset on Isle Of Capri last night. Osteria Capri had a nice dinner signer, great food and a delightful sunset just past the Cool Beans Catamaran. If you’ve not done their boat cruises they are fun for all ages.

Sunsets, dolphins, and great restaurants aren’t the only thing that makes Marco special. This morning I pulled up to Ace Hardware and the car facility next door had these beautiful cars out. These old cars and the many American flags that fly proudly on the island give you a sense of nostalgia that is not found in many places any more.

Was another beautiful sunset tonight on Marco and there were 3 dolphins putting on a show for the sunset cruise just off shore.

Even though there wasn’t a sunset it was still beautiful as it tried to peek through as it faded away into the Gulf. Each day the island is getting more and more back to normal. Cable TV, WIFI and power has been restore to much of the island and Comcast / Xfinity has tomorrow targeted with more service through the island. Saw many of their trucks the past few days. Last night had a nice dinner at CJs and gelato at Dolce Mare. Book a stay at one of our condos, we have some openings between now and the end of the year, and just a handful of days during season remaining. We did have one guest go from two weeks to one week today for a one bedroom property in Olde Marco leaving a full week 2/4-2/11 open. See our boo for the link to book.

**Hurricane Ian Update 10/4/2022**

We’re very grateful that our properties didn’t receive damage from the hurricane.

We didn’t receive any water damage or wind damage. Our power and internet were restored on 10/2/2022.

Many restaurants are re-opening already and there are more opening up each day.

We look forward to hosting you in paradise again real soon.

October, November and December are some of the best months to visit Marco Island. Every day is paradise on the island, but the temps are great, less traffic than peak season and some fun events like the Island Christmas Parade and Boat Parade. We have openings at our condos, check out our website for dates. We only have a couple of dares open for the season from January to May.

The first sunset of summer did not disappoint on Marco Island. If you’re visiting Marco Island check out sunset at the while enjoying some drinks and snacks at Quinzz. They also have a free fire dancer show just as the sun goes down that kids really love to watch, it’s on the beach and you can enjoy even if you’re not staying there.

One of the biggest debates that I see on Marco Island visitor pages is “What’s the best pizza on the island”? Pizza is a very personal thing, but one of the most over looked pizzas on the island is at the Italian Deli, they moved last season to a cute building behind McDonald’s and across from the Marco Island Veterans Park. Great hot stone pizzas, salads, dessert and more! Give it a try on your next visit.

Amazing sunset last night, sent to us by our guests staying at our Pavilion Club condo in Olde Marco. They also saw a ton of dolphins swimming by each day during their stay. If you’d like to be out next guest, check out some upcoming openings. This condo books up fast, so don’t delay.

Have you dreamed about spending a Summer in Marco Island?

We're going to rent our Hideaway Beach Penthouse for the summer.

It's a perfect spot to stay if you're wanting to be on the island to monitor your own construction project, perhaps you want to try to live on the island a few months before making a buying decision of your own.

We're going to be renovating the entire condo over the next two summers, but this summer it will be available to rent June - August.

We can only rent 1x per year and for a minimum of 30 days. If you're looking for a great spot to enjoy the island from, this is it.

From the front lanai you can see to Goodland and Cape Marco. From the back lanai you can see all the way to Naples.

We've added some new furniture, an adjustable bed, updated the Den with a smart TV, couch and a standing desk. Many of the finishes are old, but the location and experience are prime.

You also can enjoy golf on the golf course, the fitness facility, bocce courts, pickle ball, beach club and so much more.

Looking for a vacation rental in Marco Island with a view of the Gulf? Our newest condo has one bedroom, a pullout couch and is located just across the street from the . There is beach access just out the front door, perfect so you can enjoy time at the beach and not have to worry about parking. We have some prime 2023 season dates yet available. New furniture is on the way and we’re also working to renovate the kitchen before next season.

Ready to get away to Marco Island? We just purchased our third vacation rental today. We’ll share the link in the comments, but it’s a great location right at the public beach access near the . There are still some great dates open in April 2022 and this Summer, and lots of 2023 Season dates. These will not last long. We’ll be updating furniture and the kitchen over the next few months, but you’ll be just a few steps from the best beach :).

Who’s seen a gopher tortoise on Marco Island? We have a number of them in Hideaway Beach, cool to see them up close as they come out to dine on the grass. So much cool wildlife on the island.

Are you visiting Marco Island for vacation this winter?

One of our friends Ty Szumigala is a part of the current cast for Silver Alert! He along with the rest of the cast is funny and they do a great job with the show.

It's a fun way to spend a night out on the island.

Marco Players is located in the Marco Town Center across from the Crazy Flamino and next to the Marco Island Brewery.
