Nearly every home inspector in Southern California uses the same standardized inspection format that is downloaded from the Internet. After performing an inspection, the inspector checks off a few boxes, uploads a few pictures, and that is your report. FREEWAY HOME INSPECTIONS has a unique and detailed report that we have spent years formatting. Our reports are written in plain, simple, easy-to-un

derstand language. A Summary at the beginning of the report provides the homeowner and realtor with a brief, but detailed statement listing the specific findings and recommendations of the inspector. The rest of the report contains detailed descriptions of what we inspected, what we were looking for, and what was found. The report will include dozens of photos, diagrams and helpful links that we may suggest for you, depending upon the findings of your inspector. At the end of the report, we also include helpful maintenance articles on topics such as Placement of Smoke Alarm Detectors; Types of Smoke Alarms; Home Owner Information on Carbon Monoxide Monitors; Water Pressure, etc., and, when appropriate for your home, Consumer Protection Agency Recall Notices on items such as Electric Service Panels and Circuit Breakers. We provide the most detailed reports available in Southern California. Serving all of San Diego County, Orange County and the Greater Temecula Area. Cast iron sewage drain line were very common in homes built well into the 1960s. These lines are now 50 years and older. This 1942 home in San Diego had a drain line rupture and empty raw sewage into the crawl space. Any home built before 1970 should have a sewer line inspection that should include an endoscopic inspection of the pipe interior.
