Private villa for holiday lets in Mazarron, Murcia, Southern Spain. Sleeps 4 people, private pool, air con, wifi available, English TV, BBQ, large terrace around pool, and a secluded rooftop terrace for privacy. The Villa is a 15 min drive to beautiful local beaches, restaurants and bars. And only a 10 min walk to a 18 hole golf course, which has stunning views from their bar and restaurant of the mountains. Prices start from only £450.00. per week for the villa (flights not included) and a 25% deposit now would secure any week, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to travel.

The Villa is located on the popular urbanization of Camposol. The urbanization boasts its own 18 hole golf course and Club House within 10 min walking distance. In addition, there are bars, restaurants, and supermarkets a short drive ! We recommend hiring a car. You can walk to the golf club which is about a 10 minute walk and the bars, supermarkets and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive. To get to the beach It is approx 15min drive to Puerto de Mazarron with its Cosmopolitan Marina and the many blue flag beaches of Mazarron Bay.
Between Camposol and Puerto de Mazarron, is the town of Mazarron itself with its vast array of local shops, Bars and Restaurants.
We are also a short drive away from the fabulous Sierra Espuna National Park, with breath taking views, adrenaline sporting activities, wildlife and walks

The villa is 2 bedroom Property with
• En-suite to the master bedroom
• Twin room

All bed linen and towels are provided during your stay and are for internal use only.

We operate a strictly no smoking inside the property policy.

A non refundable 25% deposit will secure your booking. With the balance due 12 weeks before start of your holiday. £200 security deposit for 1 week and £250 for 2 weeks is also required and will be refunded within 7 days after you depart, subject to all villa checks completed.
