Bar Felice's mixologist, Salvatore, participated in Tales of the Cocktail! This was his cocktail:

THE ALCHEMIST
by SalvatoreTafuri

AMARO DELL’ ERBORISTA by Distilleria Varnelli, oloroso-style sherry, mescal mist and orange rooibos infusion brightened up with citrus oils

1 ½ oz. (45ml) AMARO DELL’ ERBORISTA
¾ oz. (22ml) Oloroso-Style Sherry
¼ oz. (7.5ml) Brown Sugar Syrup
3 oz. (90ml) Orange Rooibos
2 mists of Mezcal
1 lemon and 1 orange swath
Method: Pour the citrus peel in the glass and muddle briskly, then add ice and fill up with all other ingredients. Stir and serve with a mist of Mezcal.
Garnish: candied orange peel/ginger and torched rosemary sprig.
