Villa Sirion - a piece of heaven in Kamala Beach, Phuket. Villa Sirion is available for holiday rentals for minimum 3 days up to 6 months.

Villa Sirion is situated on peaceful hillside with stunning views. The villa offers a beautiful mature garden and a large 20 meter long swimming pool, all enclosed within high walls giving guests complete privacy. Downstairs consists

of 3 large bedrooms each with en-suite, built-in furniture and ample storage. There are TV connections in each bedroom with the master and 3rd bedrooms both have direct access to the swimming pool. The master bedroom is very large having a completely separate dressing room and a large study area with built in cupboards and shelves making it an ideal working from home area, the en-suite bathroom also has a double Jacuzzi. Each bedroom is fully air conditioned and in common with the rest of the villa has all lighting concealed in the ceilings. In all the downstairs area has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and views of the swimming pool are seen from the master bedroom, master bathroom and 3rd bedroom. A separate laundry room with its own entrance and a powder room are also located on the ground floor. The 2nd level is accessed by a grand timber staircase which opens to an extremely large living area, which serves as the dining, entertainment and living areas. The living area has a large TV, home audio system, DVD player and Xbox 360 Kinect game console. The fully equipped kitchen has a large island bar, perfect for a casual dining spot. Ample storage space for your own food supplies. The living area also includes a large bar with enough seating for up to a dozen people. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors are situated to the rear, leading onto the balcony which overlooks the swimming pool, gardens, BBQ and lush tropical mountains beyond. A stunning spot to enjoy drinks and dinner whilst viewing the distant lights in almost complete silence. The villa offers parking for 2 cars, accessed by the electronic sliding gate. Additional parking is also available outside on the private road belonging to the property.
