Our family has so many memories at the Laurin house and it is crazy to think about all of the memories the 380 guests we have hosted have created.

Here’s what getting a rental ready with a newborn looks like. It’s been a challenge for me to work at a slower pace and to have to change plans. But we are also creating sweet memories as we put our heart into getting this house ready. I’m sharing in this months newsletter about working on being flexible. Sometimes the fun work that makes you happy gets to come first.
I made a list of projects and purchases that need completed prior to renting the Mackenzie and a list of things that can wait. Maybe having beds is more important than colorful stairs. But I've been excited to paint these steps since day one. It's ok to complete a task just for fun even if it's not the most important. Plus, it gives an extra boost of motivation for the other work.

We are so excited to share that the location of Cozy Escapes house #2 is in Hocking Hills, Ohio!!
Here at Cozy Escapes, your entire experience is important to us! From the idea of taking a trip, the booking process, prepping for your trip, your experience during your stay, and all the way to when you return to life back at home — we care about all of it.
With that said, we're super excited that a new website is on its way, one that will better serve YOU!
In addition to the capability to book your escapes directly through the site, we will have a blog with additional Cozy Escapes resources as well as overall inspiration for living an intentional life. Stay tuned!
Our kids love sleeping (and playing) in the loft space under the twinkle lights at the Laurin. We are excited to share that soon each of these beds will be filled... We are expecting baby #4!
