Starbucks offers more food options than Joffrey’s. Joffrey’s has those giant donuts.
Both can fuel your day too.

FARTS!!

As a mom with 4 boys I never thought I’d be so excited about farts. Bhahahah

Festival of the Arts is the shortest festival Epcot does so if you blink too many times you’ll miss it!

You can avoid this but you’ll be sad you did.

They used to have a Wolfgang Puck Express & my kids loved it. They were so sad when it closed. Bacon wrapped meatloaf is & will always be Kalen’s favorite! When I saw it on this menu I sent him a pic & he said he wanted that brought home. 🤣 They have a huge pizza oven & they are delicious. Burgers are huge & fries are just salty enough. They have gluten free pasta & pizza dough normally on hand too but check because they are popular. You can find Wolfgang Puck in Disney Springs! Reservations are strongly encouraged. First trip of 2024!
Disney here I come!

Excited to be celebrating my mom’s bday & see the Festival of the Arts at Epcot!

Have a hard time packing or do you overpack? Keep your packing to a minimal even if it’s cooler out in the Florida winter. A sweatshirt or a light weight jacket can go a long way for those chilly morning or nights. Comfy shorts or pants that match with all your shirts & a couple pairs of Ears keeps you always looking great! Water bottle is a must no mater the season & rain poncho just incase. I wear my tennis shoes, pack my sandals if I’m taking them & change when I land in Orlando. I’m not a fan of wearing the same thing on the flight to the parks. I’ll save this outfit to wear back home too.

Tell me you’re from a Northern state without telling me you’re from a Northern state.

Come on in the water is great! But all I get are looks from locals like I’m crazy! I know it’s the middle of December but I’m from Ohio & this is Phoenix!!

I’m a fish at heart to begin with so this isn’t anything new for me, I mean it is 76°. So I’ll just be enjoying the pool & the mountains in the distance. What a beautiful day!

I have a few things I bring with me for the flight & my trip.

Keep reading for my Travel Tips:

1-I fill my water bottle full of ice before I leave home. Frozen water is allowed through TSA. I fill it with water after I get through.

2-I also bring single serve drink mix so I can have more than just water if I want

3-I pack some kind of simple snack too. Today I have shelled pistachios & a Hershey bar if I’m looking for something sweet.

I love watching Lake Erie when it’s riled up!

Wicked windy day today
NE winds making it feel like it’s in the 40s
Sustained winds of 15-20 with gusts 25-30
Wind like this will keep the coasters & some of the other rides at Cedar Point down
The big ferry boats that run to the islands will stay docked too

Starting January 9th if you have a park hopper ticket or Annual Pass you will be able to hop to another park anytime of the day!

January 9th has so many amazing things starting back:

-Bringing back all-day Park Hopper access during park hours
-Theme park reservations no longer required for date-based tickets (our standard ticket option)
-Disney dining plans available once again for Disney Resort hotel guests as part of a package

When the lighting is just perfect you have to have an impromptu photo shoot at Animal Kingdom!

I can’t even tell you how much fun it was to have the park all to ourselves! Desserts were yummy too!

We’re Just Getting Started!!

Smart Moms Tavel 1st Annual Conference in Walt Disney World at the Contemporary. There are 450 of us here!! And that’s not even all of us! I have 3 team & my team leader here for Team Hogwarts. I loved getting to see them in person & chat for hours. Can’t wait to meet my other teammates! Not to mention all the other agents I’ve meet the last 3+ years!! I’m so thankful for this agency and all that I have been able to do because of this.

Made it to All Star Sports!!

Checked in & my room was ready.
I just wanted to change and hit the parks! Plus my Guardians of the Galaxy group was called. Quick change on the bathroom & on the bus to Epcot by 2:15! I’ve got to check in by 3 to ride. Definitely going straight there then meeting up with a couple Smart Moms! This conference is going to be epic!!

Woohoo!! My FB glitch is fixed or at least I hope it is!

What a Great week we had & his first visit was a Huge Success! Started out in Pandora on Flight of Passage and ended with It’s Tough to be a Bug! Not one thing he didn’t love -well maybe when he thought Kevin was going to nibble on him.😂 Everest was the favorite ride here hands down!

Raspberry, Pineapple & a float twist from the Aloha Isle in the Magic Kingdom.

My favorite is the original Pineapple but the tart raspberry is yummy too. Whatever you choose you can’t go wrong-unless you don’t stop for this delicious sweet treat!

Smart Moms Travel is having our first conference at the end of the month. We found out last night that Disney is opening up Pandora after hours in Animal Kingdom for US!! We are going to have it all to ourselves & we have access to ride both Flight of Passage(FOP) & Na’vi River Journey over & over again. Plus it’s a dessert party too!! I was excited for this conference but this just takes it over the top! Thanks Disney for your support & recognition! The MagicBand, the colorful wristband guests wear at Walt Disney World Resort, makes each visit even simpler and more seamless. We’ve continued to invent and innovate, and soon, we’ll be debuting a new option: Disney MagicMobile service! Launching in phases starting later this year, Disney MagicMobile service is a convenient and contactless way to access MagicBand features like theme park entry through the power of an iPhone, Apple Watch or other smart device. Guests will be able to create a Disney MagicMobile pass through the My Disney Experience app and add it to their smart device’s digital wallet. It works like magic – most features will be available by just holding up your smart device near an access point, just like you do with a MagicBand. Disney MagicMobile service and its features will roll out first on Apple devices. Guests may choose to use Disney MagicMobile service or a MagicBand – pick whichever option works best during their visit. They can even use both and alternate between the two for added flexibility. We’ll also soon be introducing more MagicBands in trendy new colors and fun designs featuring favorite Disney characters and stories. Our existing digital room key feature will continue to be available specifically within the My Disney Experience app, which helps guests expedite their arrival by using online check-in service, going directly to their Disney Resort hotel room and using their phone to unlock their door.
