Chef Jonathan Mizukami created wonderful bites in the 87zero showroom at one of our events, served with delicious coffee from the Curb to end the evening. Jonathan worked previously at French Laundry, Vintage Cave, Chef Mavro and is currently showing his baking skills at the Curb. We look forward to having him in our space again, and seeing what's up next for this talented Maui born Chef.

Beloved Hawaii ...by Betty Martin. The triptych is part of the series Pristine. Acrylic on 4/4 ft canvases. It is inspired from a satellite image, a sonar of the Hawaiian Islands. We were sad and excited to bid farewell to our dear colleague and friend, Kuhane Blackburn. Kuhane started with 87Zero as a summer intern, and worked here full-time for the last few years as part of our creative team. He recently relocated to fulfill a dream of working with world renowned Swiss Architect, Peter Zumthor, whose work is frequently described as uncompromising and minimalist.
