I have convinced MDT, the new developer at Tessoro and owner of 27 condos, to do some Owner-Finance sales to allow some people who maybe cant pay the entire amount in cash for these condos. They have agreed to doing a few to see how it works. I have also done the math and the "rents" pays all or most of the mortgage. So who wants to own a beachfront condo for essentially the cost of the downpayment, which will also be paid back over time through rents, making your Beach Front Home essentially FREE! Message me if you are serious about owning your own Condo at Tessoro.
