"Living in the Moment"

I can offer something quite revolutionary to people who want to live a healthier, balanced lifestyle. It is something that could enhance anyone's life, but we are so distracted by our everyday struggles that we have no time for our own inner potential for love and joy in living. Living in the present moment can be an opportunity to live life more fully aware, experiencing m

ore love, trust, joy and peace of mind. The way to this is quite simple - experiencing ourselves in the moment.... rather than being distracted by the worries and duties that commit us to tomorrow. Accepting ourselves in the moment.... rather than the continuous struggle against negativity and the compulsion for improvement of ourselves and our lives. How much we do this is a personal decision for all of us, but I believe we should all devote at least a few hours a week to experiencing the joy of this present moment. The benefits come in increased energy and ability to be affective in our relationships and work. It is a paradox - The best way to improve ourselves and our lives is dropping the struggle to do this, and to allow acceptance in the moment. The surfacing of repressed feelings and emotion is one of the barriers that most people come across when moving into their "Here and Now" experiencing. Accepting, sharing and expressing these feelings and emotions is part and parcel of healing, being more energised, being more capable. It helps to spend regular time with someone who has already had this inner revolution happen in their lives. I can offer support to whomever is interested in developing self acceptance and experiencing themselves in the present moment.....

People come into our lives for a reason and life keeps evolving. Life is a journey and along that journey we learn some lessons and meet people that leave footprints on our hearts. We cannot stop life from unfolding and none of us know when we are leaving this earth. Life is something that is so precious from the minute we are born until the day we die. No-one can live forever and when our loved ones die, we have the memories we have created with the person forever. Love is eternal ❤️

Why waste precious moments? Why be hard on ourselves ? We are the creator of our own lives and everything can change in an instant. Live for NOW!

Let’s be grateful for our daily moment to moment blessings.

If we allow it to Love will lead the way and shine a light on us through our lives to allow us to see the beauty that surrounds us.

Beauty shows itself to us in many forms and sometimes we miss it by living in so much fear and chaos that our busy minds can throw at us.

Live with Love and Kindness in our hearts. Life is far to precious and short for anything else. As we get older and we lose people we love it shows us how much life is so precious because all we have left is the memories of that person.

Love is Life, allow it to guide you through your life and Trust each moment as it comes. Life is like a big dream so make yours full of Love and allow yourself to see and feel the beauty that surrounds you.

Don’t be afraid to walk away from drama and people that do not appreciate the lovely being that you are because you are the star in your own dream 🙏 xx

It is important not to ignore our own wellbeing.

Self care is really important and we need to give ourselves what we are so willing to give to others.

It is ok to put yourself first because by doing so it will enable you to be the best version of yourself and then you will have more energy for yourself which will naturally overflow to be able to help others.

Give yourself what you need, become your own best friend and regularly check within your self to make sure you are listening to your own wisdom and inner voice that will guide you and teach you to put your own oxygen mask on first before saving others.

We quite often forget to see ourselves in the chaos of life until life has a way of making us stop, look and listen. Start NOW don’t wait until you lose sight of your own self. This is your life and you are the creator of your life. Do the things that bring you inner peace and learn to dance with life, dance to your own tune.

This is your life, and it is your responsibility to put yourself first and give yourself self love and self care.

I know it is easier said than done but taking that one small step leads to the next.

It all started 26 years ago! The journey to set myself free, I met my inner child and made a commitment to myself when I was at one of my lowest points of my life. We have cried, laughed, been really scared but through it all you were very clever and I am proud of you!

Inside us all lives a very clever inner child which is YOU, who has hidden the treasure for you to find at the right time for you to find your Inner Home. 🙏🏼🤍

We become what we think!

If we are believing the negative thoughts our mind tells us then it will affect our overall wellbeing and it goes from one negative thought to the next and next until it consumes us.

If we realise that our negative thoughts are NOT who we are and that we ARE amazing and beautiful human beings then we can feel a deep inner stillness within which brings FREEDOM and INNER PEACE to live our lives with Love and Kindness to ourselves and to others.

The moral of this is to Believe in yourself and talk kindly to yourself and realise that the power of self-belief and to feel inner peace is the key to Living in the NOW to live within the beauty of the UNIVERSE!

Living in the moment can be difficult at times when we feel low or life can feel unbearable, this is the time when we want to run to get away from the present moment but by doing this we are suppressing our feelings which give the feelings more power to linger and keep us stuck. Our feelings are made of all sorts of feelings that we need to learn to accept and just to acknowledge that this is how we are feeling without adding a storyline to it. Our thoughts that our mind throw at us can keep us stuck, become self aware of what is happening and allow them to pass like the clouds in the sky. This will bring us the freedom within to live our lives in the healthiest way even when it doesn’t feel so healthy.

If we always race to the next moment we miss out on the one we are actually in which is NOW! All we have is NOW! We learn to surrender to each moment which brings inner strength and inner peace, a stillness that carries us through our lives throughout the hard times, the difficult times, and the lonely times. Our inner stillness is our home within which enables us to feel more love and joy in our lives too.

Life is full of moments, moments that soon pass. Being present enables us to live each moment as it comes with whatever it consists of.

It’s ok not to be ok!

Sometimes life feels so difficult and we can feel what is it all about? We try to run away from ourselves and our feelings but we seem to go round and round in circles, constantly trying to take away the feelings of not feeling ok.

Reality is that life is full of ups and downs and we cannot please everyone. We can not escape from ourselves no matter how far we run.

We think that by not feeling ok that we have to push the feeling away, it is uncomfortable there is something wrong with us etc. Actually, It is quite the opposite we need to accept the feeling of not feeling ok. When we fight our feelings or try to escape them they have a good way of finding us and making life feel really difficult and unbearable at times.

All our feelings are ok, when we accept them, we are not accepting that we like this feeling or the behaviour that caused it, we are simply accepting that this is how we feel. Acceptance and not running away from the feelings is the key to a healthier lifestyle.

Our minds are very powerful in keeping us stuck in negative thoughts and patterns that affect our well-being.

When we accept our feelings they too shall pass, when we push them away they linger and build up and they become so overwhelming why wouldn’t we believe them. One negative feeling leads to another and makes us feel so low in our self-belief which affects our moods.

I guess I make it sound simple and it really isn’t because first of all we need to become aware that this is happening that we are fighting ourselves and the feeling.
Allow some quiet time for yourself and do something nice for you, be gentle on yourself and try to accept this will pass.

You are important too! You are the creator of your own life and the one person who is a constant in it is YOU!

Don’t allow anyone to dim your sparkle and become your own best friend. You have got this! 🤍🌀

When everything feels to much and the mind throws lots of pressure and thoughts at you all at once, slow down and give yourself some breathing space to just come back to NOW!

Allow the space for yourself to tune within and find some quiet time to let everything go. When the thoughts are so busy and we believe them they will take us over and affect our mind, body and soul.

We are not our thoughts! We do not have to deal with everything that it throws at us to keep ourselves stuck in chaos and pressure.

Allow the thoughts to pass like the clouds in the sky and come back to the NOW. Become the observer to your own thought process and allow some inner peace to guide you and comfort you as you live moment to moment in your LIFE.

Living in the moment is the only sane way to live a healthy balanced life with your own little self care tool kit which is essential and important.

Life is for living - Be gentle on yourself and don’t take life so seriously - dance with life and keep calm and carry on 🤍🌈🙏🏼 each moment is precious in your journey of life 🌀
