The Quilter's Calendar connects quilt guilds with quilting teachers via a searchable calendar and database of teachers and their booked teaching engagements. By searching the calendar guild program chairs can find teachers who are booked to teach in their state or nearby, and can request a "piggy back" booking for their guild - sharing expenses with the other guild - and saving BOTH guilds money w

hile bringing a new teacher to their guild. By searching using the state locator for teachers, guild program chairs can find teachers who live nearby, which also saves the guild money on expenses and offers opportunities to teach to local quilt teachers. By searching using the specialties tags guild program chairs can find teachers who specialize in what the guild wants to learn, finding many more teachers than any other way of searching. By using the Featured Teachers Page guild program chairs will find upcoming teachers eager to teach for their guild. By browsing the events and teachers all quilters will find teachers they have not met yet and events that may entice them to travel to attend.
