Activities are designed to foster individual and cooperative leadership skills, trust, positive group dynamics, communication, and team play. Outdoor Skills:

Navigation (map, compass

Appropriate clothing and equipment
Medical and environmental hazards
Ropes and knots
Team dynamics
Certified American Heart Association CPR instructor. In addition to navigation, I am available to instruct outdoor recreation topics including appropriate clothing and equipment, nutrition, medical and environmental hazards, ropes and knots, search and rescue fundamentals, and team dynamics for the outdoor recreationist. I can tailor my material to your needs and skill levels.
