When we arrived to Bastimentos we were looking for a place to and we loved loved bu we refused it because it didn't has fridge :) Just landed from Europe were impossible for us to think on living without fridge. Now days.. we have been living our self for 3 years without fridge or even a cooler jejeje and we don't need it any more. It have been one of our greatest lifestyle lessons in Bastimentos. Whatever...You can take the chance to eat super healthy! 🍅😍🍉🍍🥥🌽🥑🍆🍑🍍 You don't need fridge for olive oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, pasta, rice, bred, veggies like garlic, onion, a salad, potatoes, eggplant, plantains, tomatoes, cucumber and for local fruits like pineapple or papaya you don't need fridge. You can keep them just in a fresh dry place in the kitchen. Unidos para salvar en el Pacifico!
Celebramos el sensibilizando a la población sobre temas ambientales. Quiero contarles un poco sobre Isla Boná, está ubicada en el Golfo de Panamá, es un sitio de anidación y cría para miles de aves marinas tropicales, posee un ecosistema único en el mundo y por ello necesita ser protegida.
Actualmente la Isla enfrenta amenazas ante el desarrollo del proyecto de construcción de una terminal petrolera de alto calado para mega buques en el pacífico, poniendo el riesgo la biodiversidad de área con daños irreparables.
El Centro de Incidencia Ambiental junto a llevan la iniciativa de los tshirts para permitirles continuar interponiendo recursos legales que impidan la concesión (y destrucción) de este santuario ecológico nacional.
Como siempre digo pasemos de la indignación a la acción y se parte de la solución salvando el Medio Ambiente💚 🍃
